What it means to be Pre-Approved
Before you start looking at homes it’s important to talk with your Loan Officer to get your pre-approved budget. To do this, your lender gathers information about income, assets and debts to determine how much house you are able to afford. This includes a credit report, W-2 forms, pay stubs, Federal Tax Returns and recent bank statements. There are a variety of different loan programs, and its our job to let you know the specific program(s) that best suit your needs. Your loan is fully underwritten before you make an offer, so you have day one certainty.
Loan Processing
When your offer is accepted
Once you have an accepted offer on your new home, your loan will be sent to processing. All parties will receive weekly updates on your loan progress & allow you to have 24/7 access to the work your team is doing behind the scenes. On average, about 25+ people are working on your home purchase and we make sure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Funding
Closing on your Home
Once your loan is "Clear to Close", your documents will be sent to the title company. A signing appointment will be scheduled where you’ll sign for your new home and bring in the remaining balance to close. Once funded, the transaction is recorded with the county and you get the keys!
